Opens light yellow, the hue most intense in a cool spring, passing to ivory as the flower ages, crimson center highlights afford a pleasing contrast, excellent substance. Occasional side buds extend flowering and breeding options. Large leaflets are avocado green, stems spreading but strong, bush remains green to autumn; very vigorous, excellent in the landscape.
